Mr. Notley is a degreed Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He has earned an exceptional reputation with clients through years of successfully planning and implementing projects. Mr. Notley is experienced with managing multiple projects and contractors at any one time and is adept at developing and implementing phasing plans that are achievable. Rob has experience with all types of construction projects, contractors, designers, suppliers, PLA’s, LEED certified buildings and dispute resolution.
