NEW ROAD Construction Management Co., Inc. is currently engaged as the Construction Manager for the New Academic Building ‘Discovery Hall’ on the Glassboro campus. The 68,560 SF New Academic Building will house spaces for the College of Science & Mathematics and School of Earth and Environment. The Project’s scope of work reflects the construction of a new 4-story building to include general teaching classrooms, active learning classrooms, science teaching laboratories with a variety of public and collaboration spaces, and administrative offices.
Construction Management services range from pre-construction to project close-out including project oversight, cash flow analysis, procurement review and oversight, meeting coordination, payment application review and sign off, scheduling, inspection, and reporting.
On Monday February 3, 2020, Rowan University celebrated its latest milestone with a beam signing ceremony for Discovery Hall. In attendance were Rowan President Ali Houshmand and New Jersey State Senate President Steve Sweeney, among numerous others.
