On Wednesday June 10, 2020, Medford Township celebrated its latest milestone with a Beam-Signing Ceremony for the new Municipal Building and Library. NEW ROAD is the Construction Manager for this 2-story, 23,000 SF building, under construction at 51 Union Street in Medford. After the signing, the beam was lifted and put in place on the steel structure.
In attendance were 2020 Township Council: Lauren Kochan, Frank Czekay, Bradley Denn, Erik Rebstock, Deputy Mayor and Chuck Watson, Mayor.
Also in attendance was Scott Weitz, New Road Construction; Brooks Garrison, Garrison Architects; Kerry Ogren, Ogren Construction; and Neil Riley, New Road Construction
