NEW ROAD was awarded by the City of Vineland a single services contract to provide On-site Construction Management Services for the demolition of the site of the former Limpert Brothers confections factory and subsequent construction of a new $14M City of Vineland Fire Station. The City has engaged Manders Merighi Portadin Farrell Architects, LLC (MMPF) for Building Design and managing the Bid Phase of the New Fire House Building project. The project is currently in the A&E Design Phase.
The size of the replacement headquarters and station house is envisioned to be a 35,000 SF facility at 200 North West Boulevard. It is anticipated the Limpert factory to be demolished in Fall/Winter 2021 with a possible groundbreaking date as early as Spring 2022, for the New City of Vineland Fire Station.
