NEW ROAD awarded Construction Managers for the new Early Childhood Center at Lindenwold Public Schools

NEW ROAD has recently been awarded the Construction Management contract for the new Early Childhood Center at Lindenwold Public Schools in Camden County.

The Architect is Scott England, RYEBREAD and the MEP Engineer is Kelter and Gilligo.

The ECC will be an approximately 87,000 SF two story building located next to Lindenwold High School.  The project scope also includes significant storm water management improvements, expansion of parking lots, reconfiguration of driveways and the construction of new practice fields for the High School.

This project has an approximate 2-year construction period beginning August 2023 with completion September 2025.
