NEW ROAD Construction Management is proud to have recently been awarded the Construction Management contract at Stafford Township School District in connection with various projects throughout the District’s six (6) schools. Projects will include a new 2-story 48,500 SF Early Childhood addition to the Oxycocus Elementary School along with alterations and renovations of 9 existing classrooms in the building. Various renovations, improvements, alterations and upgrades will take place at the other five (5) District schools. NEW ROAD will work closely with Spiezle Architects on this $75M mult-year program.
