NEW ROAD Construction Management is proud to announce that we have received two prestigious “Project of the Year 2025” awards at the CMAA Mid-Atlantic Chapter Awards Gala held on June 13, 2025.
For the category K-12 Under $20M the award was given for the Cherry Hill High School East Stadium project. Congratulations to Cherry Hill School District, Scott Weitz, Robert Notley and Ben Lewitt for their outstanding commitment, dedication, and hard work that made this achievement possible.
For the category Public Building Projects Under $20M the award was given for the City of Vineland New Fire Station Headquarters.
Congratulations to the City of Vineland, Chuck Romanoli, Bruce Farrell and Bob Prate for their unwavering dedication and leadership in bringing this project to life.
In addition to these project awards, we are thrilled to recognize one of our own—Timothy Stoume—for being honored with the JoAnne A. Epps Scholarship at the event. This recognition reflects his promise and professionalism in the field of construction management.
