NEW ROAD Construction Management is proud to celebrate a major milestone—less than one year after breaking ground, vertical construction is underway on the new 3-story, 167,000 SF Middle School located at 201 North Springfield Road, Clifton Heights, PA!
Once complete, the new school will welcome 800–900 students in grades 6–8 and feature: Three STEM Labs (one per grade), a modern library/media center, a full athletics suite including a competition gym, auxiliary gym, fitness center, and locker rooms, a combined cafeteria/auditorium and multiple grade-level classroom wings.
This milestone couldn’t have been reached without the dedicated collaboration of our project partners. A big shout out to: Upper Darby School District, KCBA Architects, Gilmore & Associates, Snyder Hoffman Associates, and Nick Saunders, MBA, CCM, Project Executive and Dominic DiPrinzio, Project Manager of NEW ROAD.
