NEW ROAD Construction Management along with City of Chester officials embarked on a groundbreaking ceremony for one of the largest municipal construction projects in Chester’s history on Friday, October 10th at 10:00 am.

“This project represents more than just bricks, steel, and concrete. It represents progress. It represents partnership. And it represents our commitment to building a stronger, more resilient future for the people of Chester,” stated Mayor Roots.

In attendance were Mayor Stefan Roots, Councilwomen Portia West, and Tameka Gibson, Councilman Fred Green and Shy’Quan Davis along with the Director of Public Works Andrew Hayman.

Also attending was Eric Baugher, Anthony LaRosa from Collier’s Engineering and Design; Jack De Stefano and Sherri Cross-Murphy from NEW ROAD and Mike Galente, Owner of MG Engineering Associates.
