NEW ROAD Construction Management proudly attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, February 13, 2026, celebrating the grand reopening of the Vineland Senior Center on South Sixth Street in Vineland.
Originally constructed in 1904, the historic building first opened as a senior center in the 1970s. The recently completed project marks the first full renovation of the facility since that time.
The City of Vineland, alongside senior center leadership, worked thoughtfully to preserve the building’s rich history and architectural charm while updating the space to better serve the community for years to come.
The event was well attended by City officials and senior center staff, including Mayor Anthony Fanucci; Bob Dickenson, Business Administrator; Trisha DiLisciandro, Senior Center Director; and Mary Barner, Assistant Director.
NEW ROAD Construction Management worked alongside OSK Design Partners, Aliano Brothers, and the City of Vineland to bring this vision to life.
Special thanks to Bruce Farrell, Project Executive, and John Haynal, Project Manager, for their leadership and dedication in making this project a success.
