Mr. Romanoli is a degreed Engineer and recognized leader in the field of Construction Project Management. He serves on the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors and is a past President of the 700 member CMAA Mid-Atlantic Chapter. He has built a powerful reputation for providing exceptional owner’s representation services and for completing projects successfully, on time, under budget and free of claims or litigation. Mr. Romanoli’s project history is extensive and diverse including public and private projects, infrastructure, environmental and building projects ranging from $1M to $300M. He is experienced in all aspects of construction management and has had years of direct involvement with the planning and preconstruction phases to on-site construction management, CPM scheduling, dispute resolution, claims, project rescue, commissioning and fit out.
