NEW ROAD provided Construction Management Services for the $10.4M referendum program for renovations and upgrades at the Spring Lakes Elementary School. CM services began in pre-construction and continued through construction and project close-out. The construction project included two new classrooms, a new security vestibule, replacement of existing roofing and HVAC systems, enhanced security systems, new lighting in the building, accessibility improvements, doors and hardware, and selective site improvements.
