June 2021 “Project of the Month” Medford Town Hall

The new Medford Town Hall opened to the public on May 17, 2021.  Municipal offices are located on the 2nd floor, and elevator service is available.  The Pinelands Branch Library is expected to relocate to the first floor in the fall of 2021.

Deptford Township BOE breaks ground on Middle School Expansion Project

NEW ROAD awarded CM for Deptford Township BOE

The Deptford Township Board of Education has awarded a $25 million contract for construction at its middle school and high school to Ogren Construction.  The project, designed by Garrison Architects will be managed by New Road Construction Management of Cherry Hill, NJ.

January 2021 “Project of the Month” New Main Office at Thomas Hopkins High School

The new main office at the Thomas Hopkins High School in Burlington Township is up and running.  Work required a complete rehabilitation with new doors, windows, finishes, casework, roofing, HVAC and lighting.
