NEW ROAD Construction Management was in attendance on June 6, 2023, for the Cherry Hill Public Schools Ceremonial Ground-Breaking event. On October 6, 2022, the community adopted a historic $363M Bond Referendum that will transform the 19 schools throughout the district.
Speakers included Dr. Joseph Meloche, Superintendent and Ms. Miriam Stern, BOE President. In attendance were the past and present Board of Education members, parents, principals, building & grounds, Bond Project professionals and students including the Class of 2035.
NEW ROAD Construction was awarded the contract for construction management services for the referendum projects. These projects will address building and site infrastructure needs district wide. Each of the District’s 19 schools will be improved through building envelope repairs, HVAC upgrades, site improvements, security upgrades, data and IT upgrades. Construction is beginning summer 2023 and scheduled to be complete in five years.
