NEW ROAD Construction Management is proud to be working with the City of Vineland and the Vineland Development Corporation on the $3.5 million convention center featuring a two-story brewery. The City of Vineland, through its Economic Development Department, is renovating the former Landis Marketplace at 631 E. Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ, transforming it into a modern, 40,000-square-foot event facility that will include Wander Back Beerworks. Beyond hosting business events, the new Vineland Convention Center will serve as a hub for cultural, educational, and civic gatherings, featuring spacious floor plans, exhibition halls, and kitchen facilities designed to support a wide range of community events. “The Vineland Convention Center will open an exciting new chapter for Vineland—one that will have a lasting, positive effect on our local economy,” said Mayor Anthony Fanucci. “Conventions in the city will create jobs, boost the economy, and aid business development.”
