Rancocas Valley Regional High School is working on HVAC System Renovation upgrades to the entire existing heating and ventilation system. This includes a new complete heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system including new Boilers, Chillers, Unit Ventilators, Rooftop Units, Air Handling Units, Split Systems, Exhaust Fans, condensers, and extensive piping. The project also includes a completely new Facility Management Controls System for all new and existing HVAC equipment. Scope of work included over 200 pieces of equipment: 2 – New energy efficient Boilers, 2 – 200-ton Chillers, 68 – Classroom Unit Ventilators, 18 – Packaged Air Conditioning Units, 2 – Replacement Packaged Air Conditioning Units, 15 – Split System Air Conditioning Units, 2 – Rooftop Packaged Air Handling Units, 3 – Makeup Air Units, 49 – Fan Coils, 5 – Blower Coils, 30 – Exhaust Fans and 5 – PTAC units.
