NEW ROAD is providing program management and full-time on-site construction management services for projects associated with the $33M Deptford Township School District 2020 Referendum program. Projects include:
- HVAC upgrades at Deptford Township High School (completed summer of 2020)
- Flooring replacement at 3 elementary/early childhood schools (completed summer of 2020)
- Renovations to HS Science labs/prep rooms (completed summer of 2021)
- Significant additions/renovations to Deptford Township Middle School including a two story 20 classroom addition, new BOE offices, renovations and addition to the Middle School administration suite, new HVAC throughout the existing building, 3 renovated science labs, new guidance and nurse suites (Currently under construction, anticipated project completion September 2022
