NEW ROAD Construction Management, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Rob Notley as a Partner in the company.
Notley, who joined NEW ROAD in 2014, is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional with an MBA in management from Rutgers University and a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He has served as Project Executive on multi-million-dollar projects throughout southern and central New Jersey, overseeing the design and construction of new facilities as well as renovations and additions to existing buildings.
“We are very pleased to have Rob join our team of executives,” said Scott Weitz, President. “He’s a tremendous asset to our company and consistently demonstrates the dedication to quality our clients expect.”
Notley has more than 25 years of experience in the construction management field. He has earned an exceptional reputation for successfully planning and implementing public projects in New Jersey, including the $81 million design and construction of Cedar Creek High School in Egg Harbor City. Cedar Creek is one of many facilities which received the Construction Management Association of America’s Project of the Year award in the Mid-Atlantic Region under Notley’s oversight.
Notley also serves as an adjunct professor of engineering at Widener University.
“I’m looking forward to exploring my expanded role at NEW ROAD,” Notley said. “This partnership is a great opportunity to work with a talented and highly experienced team, and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”
