Congratulations to Chuck Romanoli, CCM, Licensed Building Inspector, Principal of NEW ROAD Construction Management who has been selected as a 2021 South Jersey Biz Executive of the Year. This year’s notable executives have been beacons illuminating the path to not only recovery but also thriving in a post-pandemic landscape.
Mr. Romanoli is a degreed engineer from Rutgers University and a Certified Construction Manager with CMAA. Chuck has over 35 years experience in public construction projects and is a recognized leader in the field of New Jersey Construction Project Management. He serves on the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors and is a past President of the 700-member CMAA Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
He has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional owner’s representation services and for completing projects successfully, on time, under budget and free of claims or litigation. Mr. Romanoli’s project history is extensive and diverse including public and private projects, infrastructure, environmental and building projects ranging from $1M to $300M.
Chuck and the NEW ROAD Team recently completed construction of the Rowan Academic Building, New Standard Senior Living facility in Bridgeton, Medford’s New Municipal Building and several K-12 projects including RVRHS, MHBOE, Princeton, Upper Freehold, Haddonfield, Maple Shade, Northern Burlington High School and others.
Chuck is experienced in all aspects of construction management and has years of direct involvement with project planning and preconstruction phases to on-site construction management, CPM scheduling, dispute resolution, claims, project rescue, commissioning and fit out.
Chuck is active in several organizations, loves all things motorized (whether on road or off road) and enjoys farming, hiking, hunting and fishing when not working for NEW ROAD Construction Management.
