STPCx is a leading provider of HVAC Commissioning Services, focusing on the Higher Education, K-12 and other institutional markets. The STPCx commissioning team will operate as a division of NEW ROAD. Adding HVAC commissioning to our core business of construction management enables NEW ROAD to offer a full range of construction consulting services including Construction Management, Owner’s Representative Services, Project Recovery, Roof Monitoring, Planning/Architectural Design, Commissioning, Retro-commissioning and HVAC system evaluation. The combined staff of NEW ROAD and STPCx have worked together on many projects over the past 15 years and are excited by the opportunity to leverage our core competencies of CM and Cx.
