NEW ROAD Construction Management is proud to announce our selection by the City of Chester, Delaware County, PA, to provide Project Management Services for a major new Public Works Facility on a previously undeveloped two-acre site.
This essential infrastructure project includes site development and improvements, construction of a new Office Building, Vehicle Garage, Salt Shed, and Parking Canopy, with oversight of four primary trade contractors.
NEW ROAD will work closely with the City to ensure quality construction, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of this much-needed facility.
