NEW ROAD attended the TOPPING OUT EVENT at the Lindenwold Public Schools. This event celebrated a beam-signing for the new Early Childhood Center which is underway. The ECC will be approximately 87,000 SF 2-story building located next to Lindenwold High School.
NEW ROAD was proud to attend and sponsor the 23rd ANNUAL Ocean County Association of School Business Officials Scholarship GOLF OUTING. The event took place Thursday May 23, 2023 at Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Proceeds benefit the Student Recognition Program presented by the OCASBO. Great time had by all, thank you to all that participated!

NEW ROAD was awarded the contract for Construction Management Services for the Referendum Projects between 2023 through anticipated completion of 2025. Projects will include: roofing, interior and exterior window and door replacement, building wide sound/clock system upgrades, new STEM lab at MS, Athletic Facility renovations at HS, front entrance improvements, parking lot and driveway improvements and HVAC improvements. NEW ROAD acquired the construction management services in 2022 for the Aronimink Elementary School renovation and addition project in the Upper Darby School District, Delaware County Pennsylvania. The project involved new construction of a 16,762 SF 3-story building addition and renovations of the existing 54,500 SF 3-story school.
