NEW ROAD provided CM services for 2020 summer projects including the F.W. Holbein Gymnasium renovations and door replacements at John Brainerd Elementary School and Gertrude C. Folwell School. Included in the gym renovations were new maple hardwood flooring with custom artwork and sports court lines; all new slim design energy efficient LED lighting throughout, providing energy savings and cost savings; new electric wiring to power lighting and new basketball backboards; acoustical spray foam insulated ceiling providing sound deadening qualities and insulation; new sports padding, new scoreboard, new gym wood office doors and new gym FRP exit doors with panic hardware; new energy efficient windows, divider curtain and bleachers.
