NEW ROAD Construction Management was retained by the Cherry Hill Board of Education in 2023 to represent the District throughout all phases of capital improvement and bond referendum projects. These initiatives address critical building and site infrastructure needs districtwide, with all 19 schools benefiting from improvements including major additions, building envelope repairs, HVAC upgrades, site enhancements, security improvements, and data/IT upgrades.
Currently, NEW ROAD is managing construction activities at Rosa International Middle School, which include the following additions and renovations:
• Cafetorium Addition
• New Security Vestibule
• Asbestos Abatement
• Renovations to Wings A, B, C, and D
