NEW ROAD is providing construction management services at the Wicoff Elementary School as part of the District’s successful $135M 2018 bond referendum. This project is being worked on in phases. Phase 1 included an addition for 4 classrooms, child study team offices, new student and faculty bathrooms. Phase 2 is new security vestibule, renovations to Media Center, and Guidance and Phase 3 will be upgrades to fire system, and HVAC improvements to classroom ventilation systems.
